Olga Pechnenko-Kopp
Chief Executive Officer
Pechnenko-Kopp is responsible for providing strategic vision, plan and leadership to promote revenue, profitability and growth of McElroy Translation, and works closely with her executive team to increase operational efficiencies and cost effectiveness. Born in Kazakhstan and raised in Kaliningrad, Russia, Pechnenko-Kopp has a rich history in the translation industry and as an entrepreneur. She previously served as Business Development Manager for McElroy before leaving to launch a marketing firm.


Jennifer Cardenas
Director of Production
Cardenas, an in-house employee with McElroy since 1998, manages McElroy’s desktop publishers, editors, proofreaders, and project managers. Her software expertise in desktop publishing and management skills are key to McElroy’s multilingual publishing capabilities. She consults with account and project managers to determine optimal strategies and time requirements for multilingual output in many subject matters and file formats.



Kyle Sherbenou
Manager of Technology
Sherbenou is responsible for McElroy’s information technology infrastructure, including day-to-day issues, client services, and future growth. He also develops the company’s web presence by evaluating and identifying appropriate technology platforms for delivering high quality customer service. Sherbenou joined McElroy in 2007 and has 6 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
