PM EDUCATED PROJECT MANAGEMENT
McElroy Translation assigns a project management team to each project led by a PMI-educated project manager. Project managers are required to either be PMP certified or be actively pursuing PMP certification through PMI course work. With a consultative, flexible approach, your project management team works together to sort out possible inefficiencies throughout a project’s life cycle and share knowledge of the project’s intricacies and processes to ensure that the absence of one member does not hinder production.
