VENDOR MANAGEMENT
McElroy’s Vendor Management Office (VMO) is responsible for locating the best translators or resources for each project. VMO actively hunts for translators who fit the required skill set needed for each project, evaluates their credentials and references, tests their linguistic and subject matter expertise, and enforces processes to ensure their work is continually monitored with feedback and quality scores.
